Tips on Odoo Scheduled Action

1) Scheduled action is executed using the internal user OdooBot. To make sure that the schedule date/time is running on the exact date and time that you have scheduled, ensure that the OdooBot user Timezone (User preference) is your time zone.

2) Set up a Multi workers so that any heavy processes of the scheduled action will not affecting the performance of Odoo.

3) If you are processing large amount of records via the scheduled action, make sure that the adequate memory and execution time is allocated in the configuration file (eg, limit_time_cpu = 3600, limit_time_real = 7200).
