For employee expenses claim, such as Petrol, fuel, travelling, etc, do you need to do self-billed.
No. Employee expenses still can be claimed as usual, without the company name.
If my company is buying from Individual or paying to individual, which does not have a company, do i have to do self-billed?
Yes, you will need to do self-billed. You will need the IC of the seller.
If my company is buying from oversea customer, do i need to do self-billed?
Yes. TIN is EI00000000020
Can my company using consolidated invoice for all my transactions?
a. If the invoice amount is more than RM10,000, you must submit individual eInvoice.
b. You may aggregate transactions for B2C (eg, Retail) into consolidated invoice, if the customer does not required eInvoice and submitted to Einvoice not later than 7th of next month. TIN is EI00000000010 for Consolidated General Public.
c. If customer is requesting for individual eInvoice to claim for the company, you must provide the eInvoice.
What are mandatory to fill in to submit to eInvoice?
a. Customer's TIN, BRN and MISC Code.
b. Product classification.
If i have the IC or BRN of the customer, can i know the TIN of my customer?
Yes, LHDN provides API to retrieve TIN, based on IC or BRN.
