Customer Visit 2.0 - Route Planning



1) Weekly Route planning by City (Area)

Salesperson often visits customers in the same area, to achieve the best time efficiency. The new feature allow the salesperson to filter the customers in the same area, and able to view the previous visits to decide which customers to visit. This will make sure the customer coverage of the user is optimal.


2) Visit Planning to be viewed by the Manager

This will include as part of the Sales Call Plan and reviewed by the Manager.


3) Integrate visit to opportunity

Easily link the visit to the opportunity stage and keep track of the visits in the opportunity to increase the chance to close the deal.


4. Visit Frequency and Capacity

Calculate the visit capacity of the salesperson based on the visit frequency set for each customer.
