Cash Order in Odoo

Cash order is to sell your trading products over the counter with cash (immediate payment) and the products to be taken by the walk in customer immediately.

In the standard Odoo, unless you are using the POS module, it has too many manual steps to complete such a cash order.

Implementation and Enhancement in the Odoo

1) Create a Cash Customer or One-Time-Customer that will used for the Cash Order. Often the walk in customer will not want to leave their contact.

2) Immediately issue a Delivery Order with Done status and without the picking list.

3) Invoice with immediate cash payment (journal) and validated automatically.
